Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to avoid collecting data on children without parental consent. For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making (algorithms) to offer our services. The website may, however, start using advertisements by Google, for example. Then we - secondarily - use Google's network. How long do we keep your data

We does not sell your data to third parties and only provide them if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor's agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for this processing.

How we secure personal data

We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to counter abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact us. We have taken the following measures to secure your personal data:

  • Security software, such a firewall.
  • TLS (formerly SSL) We send your data over a secure internet connection. You can tell this by the ‘https’ address bar and the padlock in the address bar.
  • DKIM, SPF and DMARC are three internet standards we use to prevent you from receiving emails on our behalf that contain viruses, are spam or are intended to obtain personal (login) data.
  • DNSSEC is an additional security (complementary to DNS) for converting a domain name to its associated IP address; it is provided with a digital signature. You can have that signature checked automatically. This prevents you from being redirected to a false IP address.
