Coaching & mentoring for experience professionals & leaders
I support professionals in UX, CX, and service design at all stages of their careers — from emerging practitioners to senior leads, heads of design, and executives.
Whether you're growing a team, navigating a transition, or looking for a trusted space to reflect and refine your thinking, we shape coaching around what you need — one conversation at a time.

Who I work with?
I work with experience professionals and leaders across roles, sectors, and stages of their careers.
Some are early in their journey — looking for guidance, confidence, and space to grow into their role. Others are seasoned heads of design, CX managers or executives preparing for greater scope or organisational change.
You might be:
- A solo UXer navigating leadership responsibilities without much support
- A mid-level designer working through role clarity, communication, or visibility
- A senior leader or executive refining your strategic direction and leadership presence
- A neurodivergent, introverted, or sensitive thinker seeking a coaching space where your way of processing is welcomed, not judged
Whatever your situation, coaching offers space to reflect, realign, and move forward — in ways that feel both intentional and sustainable.
What brings people to coaching?
People come to coaching for different reasons — but often with a shared sense that something needs attention, alignment, or space to breathe. Here are some of the challenges I often support clients with:
- Navigating career transitions, stepping in a new role, switching domains, or preparing for promotion
- Developing leadership capacity, balancing delivery and team care, growing presence and confidence
- Working through complex dynamics, navigating collaboration challenges, difficult stakeholders, or unclear expectations
- Building confidence and self-trust, reconnecting with how you think, speak, and lead
- Processing emotional or identity-related challenges, including grief, burnout, or feeling out of place in your environment
Coaching creates space for reflection, insight, and forward movement — at your own pace, and on your own terms.
How I work
My coaching is grounded in the Solutions Focused approach — practical, forward-looking, and rooted in resources you already have but sometimes are not aware of, or just forgot about. I offer a space where you can reflect, explore possibilities, and move forward at your own pace.
Over the past year, I’ve held more than 60 coaching sessions with professionals and leaders – each one shaped around the person in front of me.
The space I offer is guided by values that matter to me: curiosity, learning, empathy, authenticity, and resilience. We stay curious — about your thoughts, habits, and hopes. We treat every experience, even the difficult ones, as a source of insight. We try to look at ourselves and others with empathy and kindness. We make space for honesty, and we return — again and again — to what helps you keep going, even when things feel uncertain.
Some sessions are strategic. Others are reflective. Sometimes we dig into specific goals; sometimes we follow a feeling. What matters is that it works for you.
What sessions look like
Coaching sessions last 60 minutes and take place online. Some clients come for three focused sessions. Others continue over a longer period, checking in monthly or during key transitions. You decide the pace and frequency based on what works for you – whether you're looking for structured support or space to reflect as things evolve.
I occasionally offer in-person sessions. Let me know if that's something you'd like to explore.
I coach in English and French — feel free to choose what's most comfortable for you.
There's space to reflect, to make sense of things, to plan, or to untangle. Sometimes we stay with one focus across multiple sessions; other times, something unexpected shows up — and we begin there.
You don't need to prepare anything or fit a particular mold. You just need to show up, and we'll take it from there.
